Please could I request a leavers rate in the call handling centre? Please can this include data for apr to mar of years 2021, 22, 23 and up to 2024?

The Alliance Resourcing & Development Department have provided the following information.

The below figures are the number of Force Command Centre (FCC) individuals who left Dorset Police by year since 1^st April 2021.

Please note:

• These figures were obtained from a snapshot as of 1^st October 2024 as they were recorded on the system at that time.
• Individuals who were on extended leave breaks at the time have been excluded.
• These figures only relate to those within the FCC at the time they left Dorset Police and does not include those who transferred from the FCC to another role within the Force.
