The Performance Analysis Department have provided the following information:

Data limitations/caveats:
- Arrests are the total number of arrivals into custody not a unique count of people, therefore this includes the same person being arrested more than once throughout the year and counts each time they were arrested.
- For the disposals (NFA, Bail, RUI, Charge) the request asks for the number of persons not arrests/offences, therefore this is the number of unique individuals for the year not the number of times so will only include the first time a person was charged not the second etc.
