Data has been provided using the CCCJS code identifier and description covering the offences described.
1. How many drivers were sent a Traffic Offence Report for committing offence RT88096 (Use a motor vehicle on a road without a valid test certificate) in 2019, 2022, and between 1 January to 30 September 2023?
2. How many drivers were sent a Fixed Penalty Notice for committing offence CU10 (Using a vehicle with defective brakes) in 2019, 2022, and between 1 January to 30 September 2023?
3. How many drivers were sent a Fixed Penalty Notice for committing offence CU30 (Using a vehicle with defective tyre(s)) in 2019, 2022, and between 1 January to 30 September 2023?
