1. How many of the complaints received where it was alleged that an appropriate adult was not present during strip searches of a juvenile or a child or MTIP searches have been investigated between 2018 and 2022?
1 complaint found in the complaint categories B1 (Stops and stop and search), B5 (Detention in police custody), K (Breach of code A on stop and search) and M (Breach of code C on detention, treatment and questioning) that related to an allegation that a juvenile was strip searched without an appropriate adult between 01/01/2018 and 31/12/2022
2. How many are ongoing investigations and how many have concluded?
The above investigation has concluded.
3. How many officers are currently suspended in relation to ongoing investigations and how many are on restricted duties?
