I am writing to request information under Freedom of Information, relating to the use, by your Force, of Stalking Protection Orders.
In particular, I would be grateful if you could please provide the following information relating to the time period, 20 January 2020 to 31 March 2023:
1. How many Stalking Protection Orders has your Force applied for?

3. What was the conduct that triggered the application for the Stalking Protection Order?

4. What conditions were imposed by the Stalking Protection Orders, negative and positive?
Not to contact victim directly or indirectly; Contact or interact with victim’s victim via third parties, for example victim’s friends or family; Entering [named location] except to answer police or court bail, or to attend written appointments with solicitors or probation, or to attend court as a witness; Entering [named location], Dorset; Share or post any information including photographs relating to victim on the internet, social media or in any public place or to any other individual; Use any device capable of accessing the internet unless it has the capacity to retain and display the history of internet usage and you make the device available on request for inspection by a police officer; Delete the history of internet use on any device which you have used or which you own; surrender electronic device(s) at the request of a constable for inspection / enforcement of order; surrender any pin / password at the request of a constable to allow access to devices in relation to earlier condition; Following or physically approaching the victim; Entering any road where you know or believe the victim resides; standing outside or entering the victim’s place of work or any court building or court car park within Dorset except to answer court bail or if summonsed to attend or for written appointments with solicitors, probation or to attend court as a witness.
