Disciplinary actions

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act regarding disciplinary actions taken against police officers in various police forces across England and Wales over the past three years.
Specifically, I am interested in obtaining data on disciplinary actions, including but not limited to the following:
> The number of police officers within the force who have faced disciplinary actions related to sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, or any similar offence, for the past five years.
> The types of misconduct or offences for which disciplinary actions were taken, without disclosing specific case details.
> The outcomes of these disciplinary actions, including whether the officers were reprimanded, suspended, or dismissed from their positions.
> Any available information on the reasons for retaining or dismissing officers who faced disciplinary actions.
The Professional Standards Department have provided the following information.
We have taken the data below from a spreadsheet we maintain regarding sexual misconduct matters,
Because there was no specific start or end date given for the period and because one line in the request mentions 3 years and another mentions 5 years, we have taken the data for the last 5 full calendar years.
