Police in Poole are seeking public help as they
investigate the disappearance of a 39-year-old woman from a ferry
travelling between the Channel Islands and England – with a picture
of the missing woman being released.
Sarah Fenton of Fishpond, Bristol was last seen by her
husband at around 5.30pm on Sunday 1 April 2012 as they travelled
on a Condor Rapide ferry from Guernsey to Poole.
British and French Coastguard searched the
waters for the woman.
She has not been found.
Her next of kin are aware.
Detective Inspector Becky Riggs said: “Sarah’s
family are very concerned about her and we are investigating the
circumstances surrounding her disappearance.
“I am appealing to anyone who may have seen
Sarah on board the ferry to contact me urgently.
“Anyone with information should call us as
soon as possible.”
