responsible for the central filing and archiving function for the
whole force in respect of:
- Court files
- Crime, Non-Crime and Road Traffic Collision
Reports
- Custody Records
Our staff also deal
with:
- Processing criminal injury compensation
claims
- Disclosure of documentation for Civil
Proceedings
- Disclosure of convictions to national
professional bodies in respect of certain notifiable occupations,
e.g. doctors, barristers, teachers.
All disclosure by Dorset Police
complies with Data Protection and Human Rights legislation and in
accordance with force and national policy.
