I write to request a list of the force’s designated and undesignated custody suites in current use and those expected to be in use over the coming year, the address’ including postcode, and a direct contact telephone number suitable for solicitors representing detainees.

How many Employees of the RSPCA, or individuals working on behalf of the RSPCA are authorised by your Police Force to make PNC, STORM or other information/data enquiries on all or any systems you operate.

Please specify if these individuals have direct or indirect access to such information and systems.

Please also specify which information systems they have access to.

Please could you tell me how many schools in your area have police officers regularly at the school's site? Please give the total number of schools which had a police presence every year for the last four academic years (i.e. 2007/'08, 2008/'09, 2009/'10, 2010/'11).

If possible, it would be useful also to have the names of the schools.

Please state how many schools (all types of schools, including primary, secondary, sixth form and colleges) the police have a regular, pre-arranged 'on-site' presence. This should include, but not be limited to, police assisting with pupils at the end of the school day / police making pre-arranged appearances on the school site to assist with any kind of issues in the school, such as violence, bullying, drugs, etc. In other words, this request should cover all schools where, at some point in the last year, there has been any type of arrangement between police and schools for any type of police presence (but should not include any on-off incidents that have not been pre-arranged).

Please state:

1) How many schools, if any, police have had a presence in, in the last 12 months.

 2) Please state the names of the schools

3) For each school, please state how regular the police presence is/has been (e.g. every morning, ongoing/ once a month for 6 months, etc)

4) The type of work/support that the police provides for each of the schools listed

1. What target times have been set for responding to the following calls?

(a) Emergency
(b) Priority

(c) Routine (or similarly classified)

2. Whether these targets have been amended since May 2010?

3. What percentage of incidents were attended within stated standards in;

(a) 2009/10
(b) 2010/11
(c) 2011/12.

The number of years that a vehicle will remain recorded as stolen on the Police National Computer (PNC) after being reported as such in your force area.

Please may I be informed what Information Services (e.g. computer applications and data facilities) you currently supply to your Police Authority and Partner Agencies?

2. if so, where it may be routinely flown (for example outside all police stations or just your HQ or just for 'special occasions')

3. The design of the flag itself.

4. Where you may have a coastal/river/marine division, could you also inform me as to whether their vessels have their own defaced ensign or similar flag?
