Personal data of individuals making 999/112 calls are being submitted to a 3rd party, namely Opinion Research Services Ltd by Dorset Police. At what cost is this specific 'survey' to the Dorset Police authority and what is the total amount paid or outstanding amounts made by Dorset Police authority for 'customer surveys' of this nature since 1st January 1996.

Please provide me with (i) the total bonus paid to your Chief Constable for the 10/11 financial year and (ii) the maximum bonus that your chief constable could have been paid in the 10/11 financial year.

2. Houseplants - i.e. plants for use inside stations and offices - including on services to water, care and feed these plants

3. All spend on garden and ground maintenance such as tree pruning, lawn mowing to include both spend on services and on purchases of equipment e.g. lawnmowers.

Relating to s.25 of the Police Act (1996), which allows for the provision of "special police services at any premises or in any locality in the police area for which the force is maintained, subject to the payment to the police authority of charges on such scales as may be determined by that authority".

1. Since 1996, how many times has s.25 of the Police Act (1996) been used by your force? Please give the year of each instance.
2. For each instance, to which person (or organisation) were these services provided?
3. For each instance, at which premises or locality did this take place?

5. For each instance, how much was paid to the police authority?

Please can you tell me the amount of money either received or invoiced for (whichever may be the greater) by the Police Authority from events under s.25 of the Police Act 1996 for the financial year 2010/2011?

How many man hours does this income relate to?

A breakdown of the costs for 2010 and 2011 into:

• services provided by NRPSI-registered interpreters or non NRPSI-registered interpreters (on the assumption that use of the latter group was permitted under PACE when NRPSI interpreters were not available at short notice and operational necessity required interpreters to be sourced locally); 
• the difference in hourly/job rates Dorset Police paid to NRPSI-registered interpreters compared with non NRSPI-registered interpreters;
• the number of instances of interpreting that were invoiced as the minimum call-out fee (I think this is about £99), and how many instances lasted more than the minimum call-out length.

Are there any specific interpreting figures (costs/numbers of instances) for the Heather Barnett (Danilo Restivo) case? If complete figures are not available until this financial year has been calculated, I would like to request them as soon as the figures become available.

Are there recorded instances of Dorset Police officers/staff providing ad hoc interpreting services (e.g. in custodial situations) in the last 2 years? If so, what languages?

1. Please can you supply me with details of the pay packages received by the force’s ACPO officers over the last three years? 

2. For each officer of ACPO rank can you tell me how much he or she was paid and whether they claimed a bonus payment in 2009/10, 2010/11 and 2011/12?

Since 1.1.10 what ‘fly-on-the-wall’ type television programmes has your force agreed to participate in? Please give the name of the production company and the name of the show?

How many hours during the course of the filming were officers paid by the force as part of their contract, but they were NOT involved in their normal duties and were ‘working’ exclusively for the TV company (for example being interviewed in a studio).
