stations 24 hours a day (or, are on duty in the area 24 hours
a day).
Our planned opening hours for our Station Desk
Offices are listed against each station below. If you visit
the station outside these hours and the Station Desk Office is
unstaffed this normally will be because our officers and
operational staff are out on patrol or are engaged in other
operational duties. Consequently, whenever the Station Desk
Office is closed please make use of the telephone help point
outside the station which will enable you to contact us to assist
with your enquiry. In an emergency always dial ‘999’.
To report a crime or incident that is not an emergency or
to make a general enquiry if you do not have a named contact
person or extension number call 101.

Swanage
Swanage Pathway - Annex, Swanage Town Hall, High Street,
Swanage, BH19 2NZ
Dorset Police and Swanage Town Council have teamed up to offer
public services at a new joint premises in the town. Swanage
Pathway will house the Swanage Safer Neighbourhood Team and contain
a reception area staffed by both a police receptionist and a
council receptionist.
Opening Hours:
From April to September - Monday to Friday
10am-1pm and 2pm-4pm.
Between October and March - Monday to Friday
10am-1pm and 2pm-3pm.
Please note: Document
production, court and police bail registration, sex offenders
registration, and the surrender of firearms is not available
at Swanage Pathway. For these services, please visit an alternative
police station. Police services available are: Handing in of found
property, reporting of crime and incidents via 101 facility at the
reception, SNT
and Response Officer interviews and liaison with SNT officers .
