Police in Poole are appealing for witnesses and anyone
with information to come forward after a man was assaulted inside a
nightclub in the town centre.
The incident happened at around 3am on Sunday 17 February 2013
at Penthouse House Bar and Nightclub along the High Street.
The victim, an 18-year-old Poole man, was
punched in the face breaking his jaw in two places and knocking out
a tooth.
Police Constable Ben Griffin, of Poole police,
said: “This attack has left the victim with a serious facial
injury, and I am appealing for witnesses to assist with this
investigation.
“The victim has described the suspect as a
white man aged around 19 and five feet eight inches tall with dark
brown hair.
“Witnesses and anyone with information about
the offender are asked to contact police as soon as possible in the
strictest confidence.”
No arrests have been made.
