Police in Gillingham are appealing for witnesses and
anyone with information to come forward after an assault in the
town.
The incident, which involved a 13-year-old girl and a
52-year-old woman, both from Gillingham, happened in the
ASDA car park on Station Road at around 2.25pm on Sunday 4 November
2012.
Neither person sustained any injuries.
Police Constable Jon Fewins, of Gillingham police, said: “I am
appealing for witnesses to this assault to find out exactly
what happened.
“At this time it is not clear which of the two people involved
is responsible for this incident.
“I would urge anyone who witnessed this assault to contact
police as soon as possible.
“All calls will be treated in the strictest of
confidence.”
No-one has been arrested.
