The Criminal Justice Division delivers
all activities from the detention/prosecution of an offender
through to judicial outcome and its recording, enforcement and
archiving of associated case papers.
The processes involved in bringing an offender
to justice can seem complicated, but at all times the focus of the
division is on providing the very best service to victims and
witnesses.
Aims of the Division
The Criminal Justice Division works in
support of the Force’s corporate plan. With this in mind, we aim
to:
- Deliver effective and efficient Criminal
Justice Procedures for Force and Criminal Justice Partners
- Ensure our service delivery is modern,
simple and effective
- Provide victims and witnesses with a
consistent, high quality professional service
